• Computer Technician

    Entry Level Position & Part-time or Full-time

    Essential Functions:

    Perform diagnostics and navigate requested and recommended repairs in a timely fashion

    Phone and in-person contact with customers to reveal diagnostic discoveries and make recommendations for protecting and defending client devices

    Partner with other team members to ensure proper documentation of customer requests

    Great energy and commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience

    Requirements:

    Have a knowledge or interest in computers, tablets, and phones

    Ability to Build lasting professional relationships with loyal customer base

    Ability to adhere to designated work schedule with punctuality

    Professional selling and interpersonal skills

    Must possess strong communication skills

    Must work well with deadlines

    Must have excellent English skills

    Must have reliable transportation

    Preferred:

    Must have High School Diploma or GED equivalent

    Expectations:

    The primary duties of end-user support, hardware/software installation, hardware/software troubleshooting, phone support, and account management. Position has possibility of advancement.
