When it’s not realistic to bring your device in store, we can set up a time to come to you. Before we do this however, we may want to try and resolve the issue via a remote session. If that doesn’t work, or is ineffective at solving the issue, we’ll schedule an On-Site appointment.
To schedule an On-Site appointment, you can either call one of our locations or come in to speak with an employee. From there, we have a few options for scheduling.
Our times for On-Site appointments vary between two hour intervals and only during week days.
- 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
- 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
- 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
All On-Site appointments start with a $30 Trip Charge. Pricing for the appointment is based on client type. Individuals pay the trip charge plus $99.99. Businesses pay the trip charge plus $199.99. The appointment charge is an hourly rate.
Any On-Site appointment made outside the city of Wichita will receive an additional $1.50/mile trip charge starting from our west location. This charge includes the original trip charge of $30 and the appointment price.
