All Ubiquiti Networks manufactured products are warranted against defects, in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase, under normal use.
The customer is responsible for delivering the defective product to the designated RMA Address for repair or replacement.
Ubiquiti Networks will repair or replace a product that was found to be defective by Ubiquiti during the warranty period at its discretion.
This warranty does not cover dealer labor cost for removing and reinstalling the machine for repair nor for any expendable parts that are readily replaced in normal use.
The sole responsibility of Ubiquiti Networks under this warranty shall be limited to repair of this product, or replacement thereof, at the sole discretion of Ubiquiti Networks.
All RMA items shipped to Ubiquiti Networks must be freight prepaid. Ubiquiti Networks will pay the return freight via a service of Ubiquiti Networks choice. Customer is responsible for payment of any shipping upgrades.
Limitation of Warranty
This warranty does not apply if the Product:
has been opened and/or altered, except by Ubiquiti Networks technical personnel
has been painted in way shape or form
has been damaged due to errors or defects in cabling
has been subjected to abnormal physical or electrical stress, including lightening strike, misuse, negligence, or accident
has been damaged as a result of using third party firmware
has no MAC Address label
