The process for starting a remote session is relatively the same for On-Site appointments. You’ll need to contact us and explain your issue in depth. Then, we’ll reply with a good time and date to start the session. Needless to say, a remote session takes less preparation, therefore, we are able to schedule a session with more leniency.
Once we have the session scheduled, you will either be directed by one of our agents to the download link, or the download link will be emailed directly to you. After clicking the link, it should start downloading immediately. Splashtop will give an authentication code, which you will have to relay to the agent helping you. Once we have the code Splashtop provided you, we will have access to your computer.
