If you’re ready to give up and just buy a new computer, stop! More often than not it’s cheaper to simply repair the computer you have rather than get a whole new one. You can bring your computer in or we can come to your home or place of business.

Repair Fees

If we make you a ticket for you device, and it isn’t already diagnosed, we will likely quote you $59.99. This covers the cost of “Diagnostics”, which can apply to a wide range of fixes. However, the moment we discover an issue that our diagnostic tools cannot fix, the quote changes.

As an example, if it’s something that we can’t fix without reinstalling the operating system, the diagnostics fee changes to “OS Reinstall”. Therefore, changing the original price of $59.99 to the price of the OS Reinstall, which is $89.99. If we have to change the quote in this fashion, the original quote is nullified and the quote that replaces it is the one remaining.
